Surface reinforcement for clay adhesive and reinforcing mortars and all clay plasters. ClayTec Flax mesh is a leno weave specially developed for clay plaster made of flax yarn, finished with polysaccharide (starch). It perfectly combines processing and environmental friendliness.

Application
As surface reinforcement for clay plasters, HFD interior insulation, cladding made of clay dry plaster boards and wood fiber finishing boards, cladding made of clay building boards (only 09.004/09.002) and wood fiber finishing boards.
Texture
Leno fabric made of flax yarn, finished with starch. Warp/weft approx. 20/20 Fa per 10 cm, clear mesh size approx. 5 x 5 mm.

Storage
Dry, airy and protected from direct sunlight for at least three years.
Processing
The reinforcing mesh is placed on the freshly applied, still plastic mortar and rubbed in with the felt board. The overlap in the joint area must be approx. 10 cm.
