The project demonstrates how different materials and design strategies come together to create a holistic building concept: exposed timber construction, natural building materials, photovoltaic systems, green roofs, and outdoor spaces designed to enhance biodiversity. More than 40% of the site is dedicated to green areas, wetlands, and habitats for native flora and fauna.
Inside the BESTSELLER Logistics Center West, the focus on natural materials continues. Our YOSIMA clay design plaster in the shade “Edel-Weiss” has been applied to large interior wall surfaces. YOSIMA achieves its distinctive colours solely through the natural tones of carefully selected clays, without the use of artificial pigments. This creates surfaces with exceptional depth of colour that remain permanently UV-stable.
In addition, the clay plaster is free from harmful emissions, highly vapour-permeable, and contributes to a healthy indoor climate. Its natural appearance complements the exposed timber construction, creating a warm, authentic atmosphere with a refined, timeless aesthetic.
YOSIMA clay design plaster is particularly well suited for high-quality interior spaces where surface texture, material authenticity, and architectural design are key elements. Its elegant matt finish integrates seamlessly into the overall architectural concept, highlighting the natural character of the timber construction.
