The ClayTec clay building board D22 solar is manufactured in a 100 percent CO2-neutral way and dried using modern solar technology. The drywall panel made of clay and miscanthus fibers is used for planking wooden and metal stud constructions of interior walls, facing shells, ceilings and roof surfaces. The ClayTec clay building board D22 solar is a dry building board and clay plaster in one. With a bulk density of 900 kg/m3, it offers clay mass and is easy to work with.
Clay adhesive and reinforcing mortar is suitable for the reinforcement layer of all drywall panels.

Clay building board for cladding wooden and metal post constructions indoors. For interior walls and facing shells. On surfaces of water impactclass W0-I according to DIN 18534-1, e.g. B. in bathrooms (except shower areas) and domestic kitchens. With reinforcing layer substrate for YOSIMA clay design plaster or ClayTec clay top plaster fine 06 with ClayFix clay paint.

Building clay, miscanthus fibers, starch (approx. 0.2%). Paper (single-sided back).

Processing and shaping process with green electricity, drying exclusively by solar power.
